Branding & Rebranding
Branding, the whole 100%
A branding and rebranding studio based in Cairo, working across Egypt and the GCC.
What's in a brand engagement
A brand identity project is where we define who you are, what you stand for, and how to make people feel something the second they encounter you. We build your visual system, sharpen your positioning, and craft a presence so compelling your audience simply can't look away.

Rebranding
Rebranding is not redrawing. Most of what makes a brand stop working sits above the logo — the positioning, the feeling, the reason anyone should have cared in the first place.
So we start by finding out what is actually broken. Sometimes the identity is fine and the strategy underneath it was never built. Sometimes the business has outgrown the name it opened with. Those are two different projects, and guessing between them is how rebrands get expensive.
And if the logo deserves keeping, we keep it, and build the other eighty percent around it.
The argument behind all of it is written out in full on the LoverBoy Method.
Packaging systems
Packaging is where a brand stops being a document and becomes an object someone picks up, turns over, and decides about in about three seconds.
We design the system, not the label: structure, hierarchy, and the rules that keep the tenth product looking like it came from the same place as the first.
The proof
Three of them are written up end to end. The rest of the archive lives on the work page.

How it runs
Strategy takes about half the project, because it is the half that decides whether everything after it works.
01 — Research
Market research and full target audience research. You can't make a brand stand out if you don't know what everyone else is doing.
02 — Feeling
We build the brand's feeling, personality, and moodboards.
03 — Positioning
We lock the positioning and the strategic foundation the whole identity is built on.
The identity, the verbal system, and everything downstream of it are laid out on the method page.
Before you brief us
What does it cost to start?
Branding starts at $3000 USD. Art direction starts at $1000/month USD. Scope moves with the size of the brand and how much of it already exists, so the brief conversation is where the real number gets set.
How long does it take, and why is there a waitlist?
Four to six weeks of studio time once a project starts, about half of it strategy. The waitlist is the variable — we run a handful of projects at a time because work this deep does not run in parallel, so the earlier you send a brief the sooner the slot.
Which markets do you work in?
Cairo and Egypt first, and across the GCC — the published work includes projects in Kuwait, a Qatari concept brought into Egypt, and a beauty brand selling into Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Beyond that, 175+ projects across 24 countries.
What do we hand over at the end?
The full system and every source file behind it — strategy, visual identity, verbal identity, guidelines, and the rules for where the brand shows up. You own all of it outright and can run it without us.
