Loverboy Studio is an independent branding and creative direction studio based in Cairo, Egypt. Our team works remotely. Loverboy Studio is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

When you send an enquiry through our booking form:

• Your name, email address, phone number and country
• Your brand's Instagram handle, if you add one
• The services you're interested in, whether you're a startup, when you'd like to start, and whether you're ready to invest at our price level
• Your message

Automatically, when you send the form:

• Your IP address and the type of browser and device you use. We use these to stop spam and duplicate submissions, and to recognise when you're browsing inside an app such as Instagram.
• How you found us: the website or app that sent you to us (only its domain, for example google.com), the first page you opened on our site, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. This is kept in the page's memory while you browse and is sent to us only if you submit the form. It is never saved on your device.

When you browse the site:

• We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure how fast pages load. They don't use cookies, don't store anything on your device, and don't build a profile of you. We only see totals.

If you have a client or team account:

• Your name, email address and sign-in details
• Messages, files and project information shared through your dashboard

If you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
• To prepare proposals and deliver the work if we work together
• To run client projects through our dashboard
• To protect the site and the booking form from spam and abuse
• To understand which channels (such as Instagram, TikTok or search) bring us enquiries, looked at as totals
• To keep the site working and secure

We don't sell your personal information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't make automated decisions about you.

You give us your information when you choose to send the form or email us. By submitting the booking form, you agree to us using your information as described in this policy, including storing it with our service providers outside Egypt (see section 6). You can withdraw that agreement at any time by emailing us.

If you're in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on:

• taking steps you asked for before a possible contract (replying to your enquiry),
• our legitimate interest in protecting the site and understanding which channels bring enquiries,
• and your consent where the law requires it.

We share your information only with services that help us run the studio, and only as far as they need it:

Supabase

stores enquiries and client and team accounts, and handles sign-in

Vercel

hosts the website and provides the cookie-free analytics described above

Resend

sends account emails, such as invitations to the client dashboard

Cloudinary

hosts the images on our site (your form details are not sent to Cloudinary)

YouTube

only if you press play on the video on our site, and then YouTube's own privacy policy applies

Members of our team who handle enquiries and projects can see the information their role requires. We may also disclose information if the law requires us to.

Our service providers store and process information on servers outside Egypt, which may include the United States and the European Union. Each is bound by its own security and data protection commitments. By submitting the booking form, you agree to this transfer.

• Enquiries: while we're in contact about a possible project, and deleted within 2 years of our last contact.
• Clients: for as long as we work together, then for as long as we need it for our records or the law requires.
• You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
• correct or update it
• delete it
• stop or limit how we use it, or withdraw your agreement
• tell you if a security incident has affected your information

Email support@loverboy-studio.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We'll reply as soon as we can, and within the time the law requires.

If you're unhappy with how we handled your information, you can complain to a data protection authority:

• Egypt: the Personal Data Protection Center
• UK: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
• EU: the authority in your country

We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Our site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), only our team can access enquiries and accounts, and our providers protect the data they store for us. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we'll delete them.
