The Method · Explained plainly
The LoverBoy Method
Everyone has a logo. Not everyone has an identity.
Here is the difference, laid out side by side.
What most agencies deliver versus what Loverboy delivers
A logo has never made anyone feel anything. That's why it's only 5% of the job.
The one idea behind all of it
Feeling+Recognition=Branding
Step one — Strategy
So how do we build the feeling?
01 — Research
Market research and full target audience research. You can't make a brand stand out if you don't know what everyone else is doing.
02 — Feeling
We build the brand's feeling, personality, and moodboards.
03 — Positioning
We lock the positioning and the strategic foundation the whole identity is built on.
Unlimited revisions on strategy and moodboards until it feels one hundred percent right. We don't move forward until you do.
Step two — Identity
Now there's a base strong enough to build on

What this looks like once it ships: GAWE, Dallah Karak Speciality Tea, and Nupi - Coffee Market Place. The engagement itself is laid out on the branding page.
FAQ
Everything you're about to ask, answered
How long does a full brand take?
Four to six weeks, start to finish. Strategy takes about half of that, it's the half that decides whether everything after it actually works.
What if I already have a logo?
We keep it if it deserves keeping, and build the other eighty percent around it. Most brands arrive with a logo and nothing holding it up.
Do I own everything at the end?
All of it. Every file, every source document, and the full rights to use them. You leave with a system you can run yourself, not a flat PDF.
Why is there a waitlist?
We take a handful of clients at a time. Work this deep doesn't run in parallel, and we'd rather you wait a few weeks than get half our attention.
Phew. Now you
have a brand.
